You don’t have to take Beam & Balance with food, but it’s generally better to take supplements at meal times to get into the routine.

Maximum doses:
• 3-10 years : 1 spray a day
• 11+ years : Up to 3 sprays a day
• 18+ years: Up to 3 sprays a day
To break it down for you some more:
3 sprays contain 4,000IU of D3 and 100ug of K2, which is the maximum dose. You can also take one spray for just over 1,300IU of D3 depending on your needs.
For kids general wellbeing 1-3 sprays a week is usually plenty. But if you don’t feel that’s enough, try 1 spray a day for 3-10 year olds and 1-3 sprays a day for 11 years and up. Pregnant? Take 1 spray a day.
