For adults: Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your doctor or healthcare practitioner. For best results take the capsule with the first bite of food from each meal, so that the supplemental enzymes can get working on the food as soon as possible. For children over 8 years of age: If your child can safely swallow the capsule take 1 capsule daily with a meal, or as directed by your doctor or healthcare practitioner. If your child cannot easily swallow the small capsule, twist open the capsule and sprinkle contents onto cool food.
