Fructooligosaccharide fibres (FOS 4g); standardised culture (fructose, Bifidobacterium lactis BB-12®). Each sachet guarantees 25 billion live cultures + 4g FOS fibres.

FOS may initially result in flatulence in some people. These effects are temporary and should stop as the body adjusts. If effects continue for 3-4 days, consider reducing the dosage.

Directions

We recommend you take 1 sachet initially, and up to 4 sachets a day, if desired.

Shake the sachet, slowly sprinkle contents into a glass of water and mix to dissolve.

It is strongly recommended to drink plenty of water with this supplement. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage.
